the breakfast had a good selection. the staff was friendly. i also found many restaurants nearby to choose from and enjoy local cuisines.
the room was not soundproofed well. i heard noises in the corridor often. also, the check-in took a little while, it felt longer than expected.

helpful staff metro location great area
The front desk staff were helpful. They arranged travel to the airport when i left. The location near the metro was great. The area had markets and dining. I would stay again.
The hotel looks fresher in photos. I could hear noises from other rooms. That was annoying.

helpful staff convenient location simple baggage room good value
I found the staff consistently helpful . They really enhanced the experience. the location proved convenient. I could easily walk to nearby attractions. leaving my bags after checkout in their baggage room was simple and very helpful. the hotel also offered good value.
soundproofing could be improved as hallway noises were quite audible at times.

The reception team was notably professional. They were fluent in english. i was able to quickly borrow an iron, for example. daisy at the front desk was particularly helpful and friendly. She addressed all my questions effectively.

The hotel is close to metro and scnf stations. This made travelling easy. there are plenty of restaurants available nearby. I found many options. luxembourg gardens are also within a short walk. This made exploring convenient.

I noticed a good breakfast spread. The cost seemed reasonable. fresh juice and pastries were plentiful. while i didn't partake, many guests seemed to be enjoying the breakfast offerings.

Convenient Stay with Friendly Service
warm welcome convenient location
I appreciated the warm welcome upon arrival. Daisy and her colleague at reception were very helpful. The location is convenient, close to restaurants and the metro. I had a comfy queen bed and a super clean bathtub.. Every evening I enjoyed a long soak.
I noticed that the hotel could use some updating. I could hear noises from other rooms and the elevator. The staff at check-in took a while, and there was confusion about city tax during check-out.

The double room had a queen bed with fresh linens, blackout curtains, and a small work desk. It also included a television with several English channels, a mini-fridge stocked with water bottles, and climate control. The bathroom offered complimentary toiletries and a hair dryer.
